PRODUCT RETURNS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED
For the security of all, we have temporarily suspended returns. We will extend the return period once the situation is normalized.
You may provide your credit card information safely and securely through our online store. The total amount of your order will appear on your email order confirmation. The final invoice will only be charged to your credit card on the day of shipment. It’s very easy, safe and secure. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We will use reputable companies to verify your credit card information before billing your account. However, please note that your transaction may be cancelled if we determine that the order information you have provided to us is incorrect or fraudulent. We do not accept Debit Credit Cards.
Please confirm with us before sending a PayPal payment as a 10% additional fees will be added to the total of the order for PayPal administration fees.

We offer wholesale and retail prices. Our wholesale prices are available only to club head instructors (proof is required) or to the person in charge of ordering equipment for the club, after receiving formal written confirmation from the head instructor. Individuals are subject to retail prices. Applicable taxes are not included in the prices.
Shipping and handling
Shipment within 24 hours when our inventory allows, and the payment transaction is finalized. Shipping is at cost prices and our handling fee is $4.00 per parcel. Shipping and handling fees are at the expense of the customer. We ship using Canada post. Please specify if another form of shipping method is preferred. Any and all import fees charged by the destination country is the responsibility of the client.
While most Web sites offer a flat shipping rate, our state-of-the-art shopping system calculates automatically in real time the exact shipping charges according to the delivery address, weight and dimensions of the items you choose. You can select from a variety of shipping services that suit your needs.
Excusable delays can occur with Canada Post or any other shipping company. Arawaza shall not be liable for delivery issues that are beyond its control.
Returns for refund or exchange
Exchange or refund on returned items upon previous mutual agreement only. Please confirm with us before returning any items. All claims regarding incomplete orders or manufacturing defects must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
Place the item in its original product bag and ship it using appropriate packaging or shipping supplies. Please indicate on the outside package that it is “Returned Goods/Products”. Include a copy of the invoice on which is indicated the reason for the return such as a refund or exchange (Note: Refunds issued on products only. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the client).
All returns must be done by regular mail and not private courier (Do not use the following: UPS, Purolator, Fedex, DHL, Dicom, etc). Very important: The product must be returned by regular surface post (not express, nor priority, nor air) through your local postal service, this point is very important for all clients residing outside of Canada. If the item is returned by any other method than regular surface post, from outside of Canada, and we are charged with customs, taxes and/or brokerage fees, these fees, in turn, will be charged back to the client.
Products which have been used, washed, damaged, altered or embroidered by the user will not be accepted. No exchange or refund on books or on any embroidered items. All shipping fees regarding returns or exchanges are at the expense of the customer.
